This beautiful villa is located at the edge of the little village of Baderna, just 12 km away from the resort town of Poreč. Villa is on two levels and the entrance to the ground floor is from the front terrace into to spacious kitchen with sitting area and living room. In front of the house is the 9m x 4 m swimming pool, with big BBQ and covered sitting area. In walking distance from villa there is a mini-market, but for more shopping is best to drive to Porec, where you will find multitude of restaurants, bar and it is ideal for bustling summer evenings.
